1. Who you are dealing with, and what these terms cover

These terms apply to every order you place through this website with Alpine Perspective GmbH, Maneggstrasse 33, 8041 Zurich, Switzerland. Registered in the commercial register of the Canton of Zurich under CHE-133.525.586, represented by Chris Oguntolu. You can reach us at hey@mrbinly.com.

We sell to consumers only. Any terms of your own do not apply unless we have agreed to them in writing.

2. What you are ordering

The subject of the contract is MR BINLY^™ Pure, a pack of ten hygiene sleeves for cordless vacuums. It is a single-use hygienic household accessory.

Every order placed before deliveries begin is a pre-order: you pay today for goods we will deliver to you at a later date. Section 5 sets out what that means.

3. How the contract is formed

The display of goods on this website is not yet an offer. It is an invitation for you to make one.

Clicking “Pre-order with obligation to pay” takes you to the checkout operated by our payment provider. There you see the goods, the price and the delivery address once more. By completing the payment you make a binding offer to buy.

The automatic payment confirmation you receive immediately afterwards records that your payment arrived — it is not yet our acceptance of your offer. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email, and at the latest when we dispatch the goods. If we do not accept your offer, we refund the full amount without delay.

We do not store the text of the contract beyond what we need to fulfil it. You can read and save these terms on this page at any time.

4. Prices and delivery cost

The price that applies is the one shown on the website at the time you order. All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT.

Shipping within Germany is included in the price. There are no further costs for you, neither at the order nor on delivery.

5. Pre-order and delivery time

Deliveries are expected to begin in December 2026. We state this date next to every price on this website and during checkout, so that you know what you are waiting for before you pay.

If the date moves, we will tell you by email without you having to ask. You can then cancel your pre-order — as you can at any time before dispatch — with an informal email to hey@mrbinly.com. We refund the full amount within fourteen days to the same payment method you used.

The first production run is limited in number. If we cannot fulfil your order because the goods are fully allocated, we will tell you without delay and refund what you paid. No further claims arise in that case.

6. Payment

Payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. The available payment methods are shown during checkout. The amount is due immediately when you complete the order.

You enter your payment details with Stripe only. We never receive or store full card details. What we do process is set out in the privacy policy.

7. Delivery and where we ship

We currently deliver to addresses within Germany only. We cannot yet ship to any other country, which is why the checkout accepts German delivery addresses only.

We ship to the address you give when ordering. Please check it carefully — it can only be changed while the goods have not yet been dispatched.

8. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.

9. Right of withdrawal and voluntary right of return

As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days. On top of that we voluntarily grant you a right of return of 60 days from receipt of the goods.

10. Faulty goods

Statutory rights in respect of faulty goods apply. If what we deliver is defective, you may require us to put it right within the statutory periods and, where the statutory conditions are met, withdraw from the contract, reduce the price or claim damages.

Please report a defect to hey@mrbinly.com. This neither limits your statutory rights nor makes them subject to a deadline of ours.

11. Liability

We are liable without limit for injury to life, body or health, and in cases of intent and gross negligence. The same applies where we have given a guarantee or where liability arises under product liability law.

Where we slightly negligently breach an obligation that is essential to performing the contract properly and on whose fulfilment you may rely, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Liability is otherwise excluded.

12. Dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

13. Governing law

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are habitually resident in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in remain unaffected — this choice of law takes away no protection your home law gives you.

14. Final provisions

If any provision of these terms is invalid, the rest of the contract remains in force. The statutory rules take the place of the invalid provision.
